On June 21st, 2023 at noon San Francisco time we will be launching the start of the Domestic Light project as a hybrid event – worldwide online and in person at the SF Arts Ed Gallery, Minnesota St Project. 1275 Minnesota St. San Francisco.
Domestic Light is year long time-lapse media art project by Ian Winters, using a global network of multi-spectral color sensors hosted in home windowsills in every time zone worldwide to explore the nature of our relationship to the character of light, home and the passage of time that will culminate in a live video and music performance in fall 2024.
